Have you ever felt that the statement "Mind, Body, and Spirit" is missing something? I always did. Now, I see that my journey begins with the profound realization that "The base of my reality is that I am Spirit, Heart, Body, and Mind." This holistic perspective recognizes the interconnectedness of our spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical dimensions, forming the core foundation of our perception and perspective in experiencing reality without limitations except for those we impose on ourselves.
Embracing the Center of The Zone
Imagine being in the center of a vortex. Typically, a vortex is created by external sources, but when you're in the zone, it means you are the creator of that vortex. Have you ever felt like you are the center of everything in your life? This feeling isn't about ego; it's about belief and self-awareness.
Let me share a personal story. I was a monk for over five years, creating everything for the monastery and the order. One day, while working on Christmas decorations, the order's superior approached me. He said, "Chady, I want you to know, 'the world with and without you is going to continue.'" Shortly after, he had a car accident and passed away. His words became a mantra for me: "The world with and without you is going to continue."
At first, I believed him. My mantra shifted from "I have to leave my fingerprints on every day and every place I live in " to accept that life goes on without me. This change dimmed my creative spark. Have you ever felt your passion fade because of someone else's words? How did you reignite it?
The Heart: The True Center of Everything
Through reflection, I realized that while the world will continue with or without me, I have the power to make it better while I'm here. This led me to a crucial revelation: "I am the center of everything in my life, and because I am the center, I have to select my beliefs. If my heart is happy, I adopt this belief; if not, I let it go."
Nothing is real unless you believe in it. The center of everything is the heart. In spiritual and energetic traditions, the heart (the fourth chakra) is the center of our being. The energy from this center influences our entire existence.
Activating Your Centers
There are two primary schools of thought on activating your centers:
Top-Down Activation: Starting from the higher self and moving downwards.
Bottom-Up Activation: Beginning from the root center and moving upwards.
But the most effective method is to start from the middle, the heart. Think of a seed: it starts growing from the center. The roots grow, the leaves multiply, and it becomes a fully grown plant.
By nurturing your heart, you activate your entire being. Have you tried focusing on your heart to bring balance to your life? What changes did you notice?
Understanding that you are the center of your own vortex empowers you to shape your reality with creativity and purpose. Your heart is the true center of everything, guiding your beliefs and actions.
